A transnational (multi-country) talent mapping process for an International Tax Expert was carried out In order to strengthen the global finance team based in its Swiss HQ. The outcome was a pool of heterogeneous and multi-cultural candidates, with international experience and local taxation expertise, with knowledge of English, German, French and Spanish. The most suitable and interested candidates for the required position.
