Starting-up an International Big Data Center of Excellence, besides its organizational design and the needed technological infrastructure, requires all those Professional Profiles that, altogether, could guarantee the knowledge to make it properly works (Talent Capabilities).
Identify them globally, select them for their knowledge and experience, seduce them with the project, mobilize themgeographically and professionally, and finally hire them. That has been the challenge we were facing.
Outcome: +8k profiles identified, in +200 companies investigated, from +8 sectors throughout 3 continents. Finally, 15 experts with the 9 required profiles were incorporated.
